This qualification provides a pathway to work as a commercial cook/chef in organizations such as restaurants, hotels clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

Diploma in Bakery/Pastry

This qualification reflects the role of pastry chefs who use a wide range of well-developed patisserie skills and a sound knowledge of kitchen operations to produce patisserie products. Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities. This qualification provides a pathway to work in various organizations where patisserie products are prepared and served including patissieries, restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

Diploma in Hotel Management

Diploma in Hotel Management - 6 months

This Diploma in Hotel Management program is specially designed for those students who are willing to quickly start their career in Hospitality Industry . This Program will help the students especially who could not clear +2 but still want to do HM course.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in any hospitality industry sector as a departmental or small business manager. The diversity of employers includes restaurants, hotels, motels catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. This qualification allows for multi-skilling and for specialization in accommodation services, food and beverage and front office.

Barista Course - 2 weeks

This course is ideal for students who are planning to move to Australia for their further education.

After the successful completion of the course, the student will be receiving a Barista Course certificate which will help them to find a job easily when they are in Australia on student visa. Students with good Barista skills always have wonderful job opportunities in restaurant,coffee shop etc in Nepal aswell as in Middle East.

Bartending Course - 2 weeks

This course is ideal for students who are planning to move to Australia for their further education.

Students with good Bartending/Bar operation skills always have wonderful job opportunities in restaurant,hotels etc in Nepal aswell as in Middle East.
